This came from listening to some friends who were naming their T-cells (a common practice when the number drops low enough. First time I encountered this was when a late friend (We miss you, Princess!) said he had 6 T-cells. He had named them after the 7 Dwarfs when he had 7, but he couldn't figure out which one was gone. So you get a math lesson with this strip. And for the record, I've never named my own T-cells, though I have considered playing the lottery with them...
